We are committed to accurate, non-misleading representations about our services and pricing. All prices are displayed in NZD inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. If you believe any content is misleading, please contact us or the Commerce Commission.

Movement activities involve physical exertion. You are responsible for assessing your readiness to participate. Our sessions are general movement education — not medical treatment, physiotherapy, or diagnostic services. Consult a registered health professional before starting a new exercise programme if you have concerns.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes from use of our services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 and other applicable legislation, our liability for loss arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Marketing communications
We comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and include an unsubscribe option.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts, without limiting your right to use the Disputes Tribunal where applicable.
