Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to movement sessions, monthly passes, private guidance bookings, and digital sequence packs purchased from Antiagevita, a New Zealand business operating from Wellington.

2. Studio session cancellations

Individual studio sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if we receive at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee unless exceptional circumstances apply.

3. Monthly rhythm pass

Monthly passes may be cancelled with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle. Unused sessions in the current cycle may roll over once per quarter as described on our services page.

4. Private guidance

Private sessions require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations are charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows are charged in full.

5. Digital sequence packs

Due to the nature of digital downloads, sequence packs are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days for assistance or a replacement download link.

6. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Email confirmation is sent when the refund is initiated.

7. Service interruptions

If we cancel a session due to instructor unavailability or studio closure, you may reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund for the affected session.

8. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match their description. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, resupply, or compensation depending on the circumstances and severity of the failure.

Business customers acquiring services for business purposes may agree that the CGA does not apply, but only where permitted by law.

9. Fair Trading Act 1986

We will not mislead you about refund eligibility or cancellation terms. All representations on our website about pricing and policies are made in good faith and kept current.
